The house is two sections of 13’ x 50’ each for a total of 1,300 square feet. The house is equipped with three bedrooms and two full baths. The nice-sized living room has a twin window, side door out of kitchen and a patio door in dining area. The house is also equipped with washer and dryer hook-up. Space has been arranged and framed in the floor system for basement stairs, if needed. The house has been partially roughed in for central heat and air (heat pump), and is fully insulated with exception of attic and floor.

The house is sold “as is” and a 10% deposit will be required on the day of the sale. The balance will be due within 30 days of auction date or when the house is moved, whichever comes first. Failure to do so will make the sale null and void, down payment will be forfeited and the house re-advertised for sale. Moving the house and expenses involved therewith will be the responsibility of the buyer and house must be moved within 60 days of auction date. A per diem penalty payment of $100.00 per day will be imposed if not moved within the allotted time. The school reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Shenandoah County Public School employees and their immediate families are prohibited from bidding at this auction.
